ePort Mobile ™ app for iPhone and iPad

The ePort Mobile for iPhone application is a mobile realization of the USA Technologies ePort credit card payment device. This is a secure application which allows credit card transactions. The application connects to the USA Technologies ePort Connect Service. USA Technologies offers live on-shore customer service and technical support. Funds are deposited directly into your bank account. No merchant account required. USA Technologies is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider for secure card data handling. This application supports the following features:

•Ability to charge credit cards
•Ability to calculate and add sales tax
•Ability to add tips on the principal amount
•Signatures captured and uploaded to the USA Technologies network
•User receipts can be e-mailed directly from the device without the need for a local e-mail account
•Local transaction reporting

This application requires the use of the the MagTek aDynamo encrypted card reader. Card readers are to be obtained directly from USA Technologies as each card reader is conditioned so that the card data can only be decrypted within the USA Technologies processing network and no other processing network. You must give this application permission to access your microphone or it will not power-up the card reader.

This application, with the required secure card reader, is compatible only with the USA Technologies ePort Connect Service. Credit cards will not be processed until a service agreement is signed and the user account setup in USALive. USALive is a web portal which supports detailed reporting, device and financial management. Additional details on using the application will be provided by USA Technologies upon execution of the service agreement.
